Lean Six Sigma Certificate

Kaplan Continuing Education’s Lean Six Sigma Certificate program is designed to incorporate “Lean” methodology into Six Sigma training and implementation. This approach combines the Lean Management principles aimed at the goal of waste reduction with the Six Sigma tools that lead to process improvement. The “Lean” approach is focused on immediate improvement, using a smaller set of process improvement tools. The Lean Six Sigma methodology achieves valuable results while minimizing project completion time. Every student will have completed an improvement project by the end of this program.
