Case Management Certificate

The Case Management Certificate is intended to serve as an instructional guide for registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, rehabilitation counselors, social workers, and physicians to better administer an extensive spectrum of patient care in various situations, including acute and long-term care, occupational health, managed care, workers' compensation, and private practice.

This is an exclusive opportunity to learn how to incorporate case management standards of practice and make use of measurement tools in a multidisciplinary way that integrates all members of the health care team in balancing quality with cost-effective health care.
