Life Care Planning Certificate

The Life Care Planning Certificate supplies rehabilitation professionals and registered nurses with the necessary skills to facilitate the care, treatment, and/or rehabilitation of individuals with chronic illnesses.

As a life care planner, you have the important position of applying expert knowledge of the psychosocial, medical, and economic aspects of disabilities and chronic health care conditions in order to assist in the development of comprehensive plans with patients.
